With Auckland now at level 1, we’re completely back in to the swing of things.
Although there’s no need for many of the provisions put in place for higher alert levels we have hung on to a few of the processes we developed. Most of these are ‘behind the scenes’ and revolve around our cleaning routines; so we’re still cleaning with the frequency and thoroughness we adopted previously. Hand sanitiser is still in place in our public areas, the bathrooms and on our decks. Disposable masks are available, should you wish to wear one, in our vehicles and at reception; though their use is no longer essential.
A few guests have asked us what happens to their booking in the event that we move back up alert levels and are subject to either a national or regional lockdown. The answer to this question is, we’re pleased to report, pretty easy. In the event that we’re unable to operate, or our guests can’t get to us, due to a new lockdown you can choose either:
- A full refund, or
- An exchange to a gift voucher valid for at least 2 years from the end of the lockdown.
