With New Zealand in a level 4 lockdown all our day-to-day business operations are temporarily suspended. If you have a booking with EcoZip, due to take place in the next 7 days, we regret we won’t be able to welcome you to EcoZip. Our reservations team are working remotely so they’ll be in touch to discuss your options, which specifically are:
1. A rebook to an alternative date, or
2. A full refund, or
3. An exchange to an open-dated gift voucher, valid for two years.
If you wish to contact us during the lockdown please send an email to email@example.com and one of our team will be in touch as quickly as possible. Our phones won’t be manned until we’re again able to access our site.
Based on previous guidance we will be able to begin operations again once NZ moves to level 2 or lower. Until then it may take us a little longer than usual to respond to your query, but rest assured we will be in touch.
For now, and like our team, let’s stay home, look out for those around us, and let’s knock this bugger off (again).
